3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

• All appointments must be booked through our online platform or by contacting us directly
• You must provide accurate contact information, including a valid Australian mobile phone number
• Phone verification via OTP (One-Time Password) is required to confirm bookings
• Bookings are subject to availability

3.2 Appointment Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive:

• An SMS confirmation with your booking details and confirmation code
• Email confirmation (if email address provided)
• Reminder notifications 24 hours before your appointment

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations can be made through your account or by contacting us directly
• Rescheduling is subject to availability
• Repeated no-shows may result in requiring pre-payment for future services

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, card, and electronic payment methods
• No deposits are currently required for bookings

By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks associated with beauty treatments
• You will follow all aftercare instructions provided
